walked in the store and was met by a very pleasant lady who did not pressure us or follow us around the store. She showed us where the items where that we where interested in and left us to it. She then gave us the information we asked for about the mattress we where interested in and off we went to have a think about the purchase during the rest of the day. We returned and bought the mattress with her help and she guided us through the buying procedure very efficiently again without any pressure to buy other goods, although other goods where mentioned, such as mattress protectors, extended warranties etc. as members of the more mature generation(OAP's) we where very happy with the service and am looking forward to our delivery very soon.

Nikki the assistant explained every type of mattress and how they performed, nothing was too much trouble, the store is light and airy and spotless

good range of product that were easy to understand because of the way they were displayed. the sales associate had a good knowledge of the products and was very helpful

Nikki was so friendly and understanding. She listened to our needs helped us to try out different mattresses and pillows. She explained why such mattress would help us. Just made us feel really taken care of.

Having been to another bed store we were extremely impressed with the assistant that helped us, in his knowledge and personal approach to us both, he obviously knew what he was talking about and I am looking forward to the delivery of our new bed and a good nights sleep!! Thank you Paul @ Plymouth
