Previously purchased a bed and mattress from this store...the lady at the time was fabulous and had so much time for us....needed another and eent back the lady remebered us which was very welcoming however was dealing with a customer...the gentleman that helped us made us feel completely the same as our previous visit absolutely fantastic team you have in this store

I was not pounced on as soon as I arrived in store which is great..nice to have a brouse withput pressure..staff were very friendly and helpfull during my browsing...when I wanted assistance the lady helping me was brilliant..I have fibromyalgia and was looking for a mattress to help with my pain...as she has the same condition it was great to have her input as she has knowledge of the condition..and apart from that she was focused on my needs 100%...i work in retail and her service was excellent..

the guy that served us was very knowledgeable and we were directed to another 3 beds to try out based on our feedback about how hard we wanted the mattress, he really knew which ones to take us to, and gave us a pillow so we could feel more comfortable

We didn't feel coerced into making a purchase. The saleswoman was very friendly and helped us to buy exactly what we wanted and offered extremely valuable advice. We aren't having to wait long for our delivery either! My wife and I are really looking forward to finally having a decent night's sleep!

I received a friendly and professional welcome on arrival. The store was bright, clean and calm. At no point did I feel I was being 'encouraged' to make a purchase. My sales advisor, Matt, was incredibly professional, friendly and gave me 'space' both physically and in terms of time to consider my decisions which was very much appreciated.

The sales rep was extremely helpful and very patient as I was very unsure of what I wanted.
