Jane was fantastic, she greeted us as we we entered the shop and gave a us a quick overview of the store and what was available, before letting us browse. She was attentive without being overbearing and very knowledgeable. We found her very friendly and helpful throughout our entire experience, whilst not being at all pushy or appearing sale driven.

Paul in the Plymouth branch looked after us with his excellent knowledge.

Jane was fantastic from start to finish. She put us on the sleep bed to find out what mattress was best for us then took us round testing those mattresses and explaining the differences. Tried to come back the next day to purchase the bed but could not so came in the following day and she recognised me and remembered the bed we were looking at fantastic personal service.

We were incredibly pleased with the level of service received from Paul. The mattresses finding machine was awesome, but Paul's expert product knowledge helped us to narrow down our search without feeling overwhelmed. I thought that the service provided struck exactly the right balance between being incredibly helpful but not pushy.

The assistance we recieved was excellent we were treated very well and put at ease throughout the visit every advice was appreciated and welcome a very enjoyable experiance.

Easy to move around the store, staff were really friendly offered tea and coffee and we were very impressed with the new technology to help with which mattress is best suited for you
