The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and importantly for me , did not hurry us at all. We wanted a mattress made in the UK and from as natural materials as possible, you were able to provide this.

All staff where friendly and helpfull! Encountered a small issue towards end of the process but the store where fantastic in resolving this! Would certainly reccomend and likely will be back again!!

I visited the store at Plympton Retail Park there are two other stores at the retail park selling beds Purchasing a new mattress is not an everyday thing and the cost and value for money is important I decided to look at the options online before I went I visited Dreams first and was served immediately by Jane who was extremely helpful and courteous I was shown the two mattresses I had found online tried them aswell as a couple more options I visited the other outlets but they could not compete on price or customer service I returned to Dreams without hesitation Jane was again welcoming and I was given all of the time I needed to further discuss all of the options including using the magic mattress machine and looking at the mattresses that the machine generated I made the purchase and a delivery date and collection ol my old mattress was arranged for a date that suited me I can highly recommend the customer service and the value for money

Arrived at the store and were greeted by Paul. Paul was very informative and explained all about the different types of beds and advised us accordingly thus we ordered a bed on the same day.

the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and not too pushy on selling extra products, although we did purchase extra pillows after trying different ones.

From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease and not under pressure to purchase. Jane was excellent asking lots of questions to help us find what we were looking for. Very friendly and helpful. There was never any hard sell which if I’m honest really puts me off. She was fantastic all the way through our visit. Would recommend her for her customer service skills.

Nikki was extremely good, went through everything with us in great detail, she made the entire experience more enjoyable and less stressful than initially anticipated. Nikki even used the computer analysis to determine best type of mattress for us in future.

We were looked after in the Plympton Coypool brach by Jane who could not have done more. Me and my husband work for a well known brand where customer service levels are expected to be very high so we do have high expectations everywhere we go and she was fantastic.
