Excellent service, made to feel very welcome. Jane spent time explaining the difference between the mattresses to help us find the best one suited for us. We even got pillows and bedding, she explained everything to us very clearly. Would definitely shop here again.

Paul and Sarah were incredibly helpful. Their knowledge was exceptional and made the process of buying a mattress very easy.

The staff at the store where we purchased our product where all very helpful and attentive to our questions about the product we bought. If only other stores treated there potential customers as we where treated in this store. the whole experience should be repeated country wide.

Sales personnel extremely knowledgeable on products and helpful in assessing customer needs. No pressure selling. Sales team recommendation matched our own. Sales personel(Jane) extremely personable.

Matt, the salesman, was exceptionally helpful throughout. He listened to our requirements and showed us the options relevant. The store had a broad range of products, all of an excellent quality.

We were left to browse in the shop although greeted in entry. We tried a few beds but we were struggling. Staff asked if we needed any help and we agreed that we did. The member of staff took a long time with us to find what was right for us. We narrowed it down to two options and we were given time to make our decision with the offer of a coffee. We made our decision on the mattress and then wanted to look at a tv bed. We had a look by ourselves then went back to staff for further advice. Having made our decision we were given all relevant options and payment options. At no time did we feel under pressure to purchase but felt we had been helped to make the right choice. A very genuine and pleasant member of your sales team did a very excellent job in helping us make our choices.

Jane the sales assistant was very knowledgeable,we were not jumped upon when entering the store,but she was there when we needed help.Took us through all of the different matteresses that we were interested in,and explained the differences,even got us pillows to try as we were trying the matteresses.

Matt was very helpful and explained everything in good detail. Felt relaxed and felt that we were not being pushed into buying something we didn’t want or need.
