The staff were pleasant informative without being overbearing. Left to make our minds up in as much time as needed.

Sarah was helpful and very friendly. She was patient and didn’t get annoyed when I kept forgetting my pillow! I didn’t feel pressurised at all and she showed me all the beds listed after my test on the machine. Altogether she made it a very pleasant experience.

Staff were very attentive and informative about different products. They took the time to establish what our needs were before showing around to different beds in the show room. We were given information to mallow us to compare different products and time to test them out. We were then allowed time to revisit and help make a decision. No pushy sales talk, informative and supportive. On making our decision, we felt valued and the deal was comparative to competitors, it was the additional extras that meant we bought from Dreams.

The virtual mattress programme was something my girlfriend and I had never experienced before and with buying our first bed together it massively helped and sped up the process for us to find the perfect mattress.

It was very quick and easy and I only had to wait a week for the delivery. Matt was extremely helpful and explained everything about my choices and options most efficiently and his product knowledge was considerable.

All seemed really relaxed and not too pushy, we needed a new bed but really were unsure about what we wanted and the sales person was very helpful giving us plenty of guidance.
