Paul who assisted us instore was very knowledgeable, he was friendly, approchable and gave us all the information we needed, he allowed us private time to discuss our options and choices but was there when we wanted any more information. I would highly recommend him and your store.

The process of buying a new bed and potentially spending a substantial amount of money. The Dreams colleague who helped us, Paul, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process much easier.

A warm welcome was received. Paul listened carefully to my vague request of "I need a new divan bed". I was offered a cup of tea as well as biscuit! I was given time to explore as well as space to make any decisions. I chose to pay part of the cost and have the rest on 0% credit and all was explained very careful to me. I was looking forward to my bed arriving.

Staff friendly and helpful, trial on bed to see what was suitable for us . The range of beds available for us to try before we made the decision to buy. Once decision was made of what bed we were going to buy , staff were not pressuring us to make a decision, she was able to give us a delivery date and remainder of order taken online. Advise given once bed delivered, if not suitable for us we have certain time to turn mattress if necessary.

The member of staff (Paul) was friendly, greeted us as soon as we walked in, and carried out the sleep match with us, he then spent time showing us all our mattress options, gave us pillows for our individuals needs and allowed us time to test each mattress out. He was attentive and offered us a drink at a couple of points throughout our visit. He’s attitude was personable and enthusiastic without being pushy or too in our faces.

Staff were friendly but not pushy so never gelt any presure Had a discount applied however due to sale more money was saved so recieved a call to say i has money refunded to my card I would never have known so the honesty is fantastic and should be praised to the staff involved
