The customer assistant went above and beyond in ensuring that I knew all of the options available and helped me to find a solution that suited my budget. The customer assistant did everything and more to ensure I had everything needed to effectively compare the options, even going as far to personally finding me a pillow that I could use to compare the mattresses available. I left the store feeling 100% confident that all of my options were explored due to the advice of this customer assistant, and extremely happy that I had managed to find the perfect product with bonus points that it fitted within my budget. I 100% recommend the shop and would definitely return here in the future.

We were welcomed and did the test to see which mattress would suit our needs best. We looked at the mattress results and tried out the particular mattresses in our own time with help when requested. Our sales assistant helped and made our decision easy and also helped organise our delivery on a suitable weekend date. Very happy with mattress and extras that we bought. Impressed with the child's drawing station which my daughter was happily amused at giving us time to discuss and make a decision.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, at the same time understanding the importance of standing back and allowing the customer to explore the different products and options available to them without pressurising decision making. The bed I bought feels like a good quality product and the ordering and collection process went smoothly with very accommodating staff.

I was treated as if I was special and all my needs/requirements (as have health issues) were given the upmost attention. I was given the option of trying the bed match machine which was very informative, then guided to the suitable beds/mattresses to try and discuss with my assistant Jane (amazing assistant). Once mattress sorted, discussion went onto requirement of base/headboard where I was given all information and choice required, even to the point of being handed a tape measure for my own use for headboard heights as I have awkward ceilings!!! Once choice made I was offered a printout which I readily accepted. No pressure was put upon me to purchase, I viewed other shops on that day and came back to Dreams. Greeted by same Sales Assistant Jane even though she was with another customer at time, was offered a coffee/tea whilst waiting for her to be free as wished to be dealt with her again (declined but welcome gesture). Once free placed my order, but change original headboard choice, the most comfortable, informative, relaxed sales experience I have ever encountered. Could not have achieved a higher/ respectful service. I actually applaud you it was amazing so thank you.

Both the people i saw were helpful and showed interest in what i was looking for.

We went in just to have a look see what beds were in the shop, really like the bed we choose, Jane the shop worker was really lovely she was not pushy did not follow us around but was there soon as we had any questions.
