friendly helpful staff, good quality products

I found the staff that were in store very helpful with the advice and support for myself, trying to decide what to pick as I was on a tight budget and wanted to make sure I got something I loved.

Service was amazing, Paul was so helpful and really friendly, he chatted and made my partner a coffee. The store was quiet and our daughter was able to test the beds with us, one of the female members of staff even cuddled her for us when she got grumpy. The staff really made us feel calm and welcome and they weren't overly pushy like some stores can be.

Paula was very knowledgeable and steered us towards a suitable bed and mattress within our price range.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the products and listened to exactly what type of product we were looking for. She took her from the high end to the low so that we could see a difference.

After having a bad experience at another stall I was impressed by the level of customer service given at dreams. It was great to have the test to see which mattress was best for us and helped us narrow down our search. I appreciated the level of detail given about the mattresses and their components and the comfort guarantee was very reasurring. The pillows helped and we were allowed time to just think and try out all the mattresses. We have a small baby and I needed to feed and change her part way through and this was fully supported and allowed us to stay and complete our purchase. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

We were greeted upon entry and got all our needs met without feeling like we were just there to make a quick sale. Very happy, would come again

We found Jane to be very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of our requirements and not pushy. Which made for a pleasant experiance :)
