I have suffered with a bad Back for weeks, and been to several stores looking for a bed and mattress. It was finally reassuring to walk into a store and speaking to someone with knowledge, and pay a great price with a bunch of extras at a reasonable coast.

The whole service we received was Fantastic.Very polite, helpful, knowledgable, friendly member of staff (Jane - Plymouth store).She listened to exactly what we wanted, gave us lots of options, spent time with us.We didn't feel rushed or pressured.Other staff on duty were also very helpful when we returned to the store to place our order as Jane was busy.The whole atmosphere of the store was very welcoming.Great variety of products.Brilliant prices.Overall a great store with very good staff.Would definately recommend and would always go back there in the future.

We were greeted on entering and made to feel relaxed, we were asked various questions to establish our needs and was give a chance to try different options. We had a good rapport with the sales team and offered a coffee, the salesman was patient and made us feel really welcome and valued. We had visited other bed shops that day but only Dreams gave us the product knowledge and service we needed. Thank you very much.

soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Paula a lovely lady who asked what our needs and preferences were she was very thorough showing us different beds trying to match our needs which she did very well because we came away with two beds did think the deposal of the old beds were a little bit high but other than that cannot fault the friendly service we received good coffee too and Paula was a delight
