The customer service from Josephine was outstanding. She took lots of time to explain everything to us, was very friendly and made the visit very pleasant. Additionally, there were good discounts available when buying multiple items.

The girl who helped me was charming, very helpful and dealt with my order quickly.

We were served by Robert ( who also remembered selling a bed to my sister the previous day) . He was highly personable, providing us with his own experience of the product as well as that from the makers. He did not , thankfully, use any ‘ hard sell’ tactics , he took his time , listened carefully to our requirements and offered advice in meeting then. Robert was very un-rushed and thorough not only in the sale , providing a full explanation of the order details to ensure we knew exactly what we were buying, plus delivery details and guarantee specs. We were thoroughly pleased with our experience, Robert made everything informative and easy . We feel that we were treated with utmost respect. Thank you. Ps He makes good tea and coffee.

Paula was very helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly. She was attentive without insisting or being pushy in the slightest. She gave us space to decide and time to think over our decision. We found the products at Dreams to be good quality and a lot of choice. We’re very satisfied with our visit and can not wait for our new bed to arrive.

The service I received from Paula and rob in the Plympton store was amazing. They were both extremely personable and really gave me the time and advice needed for me to make an informed decision. There was a technical issue with the internet connection whilst trying to pay which meant that both colleagues stayed late to help ensure the transaction went through. Props to both!

From the minute I walked into the store I was greeted by very friendly staff. I was straight away offered a coffee. I was encouraged to try several mattresses and the differences were explained to me in a way I could understand. I was then left alone to decide which one I wanted. The paperwork and delivery was done quickly and all my needs were met (have disabilities). My whole experience thanks to Paul was a pleasurable. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and nothing was to much trouble. He is a credit to your company.

Quality products and best price compared to competitors. We were especially impressed with the staff,Rob and Paula of Plympton branch, their knowledge, friendliness and general advice was excellent . Very pleasant shopping experience. The store is well laid out and clean. An excellent area with good parking. Would highly recommended the store and fantastic staff.
