The assistant Paula was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did not pressure us. She gave us time to check out the beds and mattresses but was on hand when we needed questions answered. We did check out other bed suppliers but found they did not compare to the one in the Dream shop.

Staff were very helpful not pushy and would highly recommend this store.

Spent 2 weeks looking on line and in shops looking for a mattress suitable for my teenage son, lovely ladies in Plymouth store very helpful and friendly, son tried different mattresses for comfort and made a decision after advise and they sold me pillows and duvet saved me buying elsewhere and discounted as well!

The staff were deaf aware as were deaf. They were very helpful and explaining about all the different mattresses.

Polite and well informed staff member gave us all the information we needed and gave us time alone too make up our mind on final selection, We arrived with the intention of spending £800 max but ending up selecting a mattress costing £2.000 but this was not in any way due to high pressure sales we were given all the information needed and left to make our own informed choice. Very good shopping experience.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful we are looking forward to the mattress being delivered if you would like to send us a survey in a few weeks we will let you know what we think of the mattress then.

I walked into the store, I wasn’t pounced on, but I was greeted with eye contact and a very pleasant and smiling hello. I explained I was browsing for a new bed and wanted to look around which I was aloud to do. Paul was very nice left me to browse, when I was ready for help, he seemed very knowledgeable of what I was looking for so I was very impressed. The customer service I received from then was fantastic credit where credit is due brilliant customer service which is getting harder to find these days. I would not hesitate to tell friends and family and most definitely shop here again. Thank you.

The store colleague “Paul” had fantastic knowledge of the products and knew straight away after talking to us what we needed. He listened to us and used the sleep match machine to match us to mattresses. His product knowledge was outstanding and he could explain the aches we have and why. We are confident the bed we ordered which arrives next week will be superb and suit our needs.
