Staff very friendly and helpful

from the minute we walked in the door the staff were great

I had decided on the mattress I wanted being memory foam, then I asked the question about retaining heat Jane instantly informed me that it might be a problem as I do give off a lot of body heat but Jane instantly referred me to a pocket sprung mattress and gave me all the information I needed to change my mind and decided to go with the spring mattress. I was really impressed with Jane product knowledge.

Loved the mattress machine. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great customer service

No pushy salesman, Paul was excellent in his knowledge and understood our requirements, he showed us the various options for the type of bed we were after and gave us the required quote without trying to push us into a sale. We left the store and looked at other options in both bensons for beds and fairway furniture, we decided that the quality/price of the bed we were after was best supplied by dreams and therefore went back to Dreams. Paul was busy with another customer but we were looked after by Rob who was equally as knowledgeable and helpful in all respects.

Paula & Rob at the dreams store in Dreams Plympton Retail Park were amazing! so friendly and helpful. We had never bought a bed or mattress before. So we were worried about buying the wrong one. Paula put us on the "dream match service bed" Which helped understand our specific needs. Rob helped us complete our purchase, He was lovely , and very helpful too.
