Good service and advice.

Jane was very helpful with finding the right product at the right price for me. The use of the sleep analyst technology was offered and used creating a baseline of mattresses for my sleeping position. From here, Jane showed me around to the mattresses to try and also offered others she thought would be suited to me. I ended getting a mattress Jane recommended over ones generated from the analyst.

Jane listened to what we wanted and then let us try out several beds so that we found the one that suited us best. She was very helpful and friendly.

The lady who help us (Josephine) was extremely helpful and lovely to speak with. She made us feel welcome and helped us with our choice of mattress with many options and with our budget in mind. She did not push us to spend more money or buy extras. She offered us drinks i will definitely come back to dreams again.

Robert knew what he was talking about and was very attentive but nou pushy.

We were welcomed by staff member Jane upon entering the shop and she took the time to explain all of the different mattresses which would be appropriate for us following the bed match assessment. She provided us with drinks and was very friendly and professional.

We had never visited before and did not understand the process. Your staff member was fantastic, thorough and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and she even made time to make hot chocolate for our 2 sons!
