The sales man called Paul was very helpful, polite, friendly with my son helping him getting a new bed and mattress.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable gave advice but there was no pressure to buy. The bed analysis was explained well and gave me confidence that I was looking for the correct type of mattress.

Walked in and greeted by Josephine who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She helped me with choosing my bed and telling me all about the various mattresses types.

We brought our son’s bed and furniture from you guys last year we was really impressed by the friendliness and the time this colleague spent with us and the knowledge from this person, so when we needed a new bed and mattress we decided to come back to you guys. Walked into the store and was greeted by the lady called Jane who served us last year and she recognised us from the last time, Jane spent so much time even made us a cup of tea and got us to try out the sleeping machine which was really helpful, Jane is a credit to your dream team such a lovely and friendly we highly recommended her to any off my friends and family
