Very efficient service, very knowledgeable assistant

Paul in Plymouth store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We had a great experience within the Plymouth store.

Right from the beginning Paula was helpful, polite and informative. She let us take our time choosing our bed and the ease of ordering was great

Paula was very friendly and approachable without feeling as though we were pressured. After a thorough explanation of the products we were interested in we also had the kind assistance of the manager. Our purchase was slightly complicated and both Paula and the Manager went out of their way to make the whole purchase possible with the delivery and payment timescale just as we wished. Overall really helpful and excellent assistance throughout which meant we were willing to proceed with the purchase that I was not expecting to be possible. It certainly made me realise that it is possible to enter stores and discuss your requirements without feeling awkward or pressurised but at the same time being given the information required. Excellent service and price.

Was approached as soon as entered store. Jane was extremely helpful. Were offered coffee. There was no pressure put on me at all.

The service I received from Paul was excellent , who had excellent product knowledge. Also the choice of mattresses was excellent, which made it hard to choice, this was made easier with product knowledge Paul had. My wife and I was made to feel very welcome into the Plymouth store, which extremely clean and tidy.
