Used the bed finder and found a perfect mattress very quickly. No pressure sales team were friendly and helpful.

I came into Dreams in Plymouth looking for a mattress and told the sales lady exactly what I was looking for within a specific budget. She not only guided me to the mattresses I would need to look at but had a good amount of knowledge of what I needed to be looking for in a mattress. I found the mattress that I liked the most and she was so helpful in setting up the delivery for me and then asked if I needed bedding etc, which I did and that the store was having a sale and I managed to get all of my bed linen reduced which was great! The customer service was very good at the store and considering there are other bed stores next door and over the road, I would only recommend Dreams to future customers!!

It was quick, easy, the staff were friendly, directed me straight to the bed I had viewed online and gave my children drinks and colouring while I made my purchase. Stress free visit.

Served by Josie and Paul in Plymouth. They were very helpful, great customer service. Helped us pick our bed and mattress, offered us to try different mattresses and at no point did we feel pressured to buy. We were offered drinks and they were chatty whilst putting the order through. They were helpful in personalising our order, deposit etc. Thank you so much! :)

The staff at Dreams were very professional, very friendly and were more than willing to be helpful and to answer any questions posed. Both Paul and Jane were a credit to the company. As for the product purchased? That cannot be recommended, until it has been delivered to my home and is in use.

During our visit to dreams we had the pleasure of talking to two members of staff which both had great dept of knowledge on the the product we were interested in purchasing,this gave us great confidence in knowing that we had the right mattress for us!
