Jane gave us good advice and explained the differences between mattress types and left us to try various mattresses. Every so often she would ask if we needed any more information.

Nice bright, airy store, well laid out. We could clearly see the categories of mattresses so it was simple to go straight to what we wanted. We were served by Michaela at the Lowestoft store. She was very helpful, friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable about what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for better service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams.

Jane, the advisor, was brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly. It was an experience rather than a shopping trip. We used the sleep machine and Jane helped us select the right bed and pillows.

The lady who served us was very polite and very helpful. She searched other products online and explained the delivery process and what will happen when they arrive. Great customer service, this is the third item we have purchased from dreams in the last half a year.
