I was extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Rob from Exeter who was covering for the store manager of Plymouth. His product knowledge was excellent and despite the store being busy, he spent a long time with my wife and I explaining the benefits of various mattresses but at the same time we didn’t feel under any pressure to make a purchase.
