The assistant approached us when we entered the store and asked if we needed any help, we said we were looking for an otter man bed so she showed us the two types they had and where to find them and how they work. She also told us about discounts available and left us to browse. When we had decided to make a purchase she went through all the options fitting, delivery etc really friendly and helpful.

Sales person greeted us when we came in. I explained what I wanted. He suggested I use the sleep match and showed me arrange of mattresses that matched my result. He was very courteous and gave me a lot of time to try the mattresses there was no pressure I felt relaxed trying the mattresses.

The assistant Jane made the whole experience pleasant and enjoyable. We felt we could trust Jane with helping us pick the right items. So much knowledge and it's meant we're now going to come back to Dream and purchase more items once our house has gone through with the sale. Absolute credit to your company and I only hope that we get the same standard of service at your other branches, as we dont live in Plymouth to visit Jane again
