Excellent service from all staff especially Josephine

Rob, the manager in the Plympton branch was yet again superb. Lots of knowledge, advice and good humour. We shopped recently to buy a bed and based on our fantastic experience revisited the store to purchase a bed, mattress and head board all for a great price. Excellent service and communication. Rob really is an asset to your company.

josephine the sales advisor, her attention to us, warmth and friendliness and overall product knowledge. The bed which helps show us which mattress was best for us was a god send in narrowing the search down!!

Overall the visit was relaxed and we felt that we were really looked after. Although we brought our children into the store it didn't seem to be a problem when they were laying on the beds and they were offered a drink. We were offered to try the sleep match which was great and felt relaxed, rather than awkward, while trying it. We didn't feel pressured into any sale or to take any add-ons. Paula answered all of questions and explained each mattress to us. Also, despite the bed frame not being available in the colour we wanted, offered alternatives.

Clean modern store, lot of products to view and friendly helpful staff.

The sales person was excellent and very helpful. The process was quick and easy as well as being reassured the whole way about details of my purchase.

Was dealt with by Paul. He listened to our needs both being large people with back problems, used the modern "dream machine" as I like to call it, then narrowed down what we should try from the printout and also outside of the suggested mattresses. He gave us beverages and colouring for kids to do whilst we used a loaned pillow to try all several times until options down to a few.
