All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They provided recommendations on certain beds which helped in the decision making process.

Jane was superb. Very well informed, she gave us plenty of time to try out various mattresses and beds and explained everything clearly. Very friendly and courteous.

Jane in the Plymouth store was very helpful. I suffer from neck and back pain and she was able to find me a mattress that was supportive and also she explained to me the effect pillows have on your sleeping position and ended up recommending a tempur pillow. She was very helpful, polite and knew exactly what she was talking about and listened to what I needed.

The moment my husband and I stepped into Dreams store Plymouth . Jane greeted us with a guenuine friendly smile . We were asked about our requirements and any problems with our sleep pattern, aches and pains currently with our mattress at home . We were then advised to lay on the Dreams bed finder mattress , the computer assesses your weight and asks you to lay on back then regular sleep position and the result gives you the right mattress for optimum comfort . We were not rushed and given lots of valuable advise . I also bought the new cool pillow as I'm experiencing hot sweats due to the dreaded menopause so bought the Therapur anti gel rejuvenate mattress and also the cool pillow as well . Fantastic service , can't wait fir our new bed to arrive very soon .

Prompt and efficient understanding of our needs

We wanted a new mattress and we bought one.

The sales assistant, Jane, was most helpful, taking her time to show us different mattresses and advising us of the different types.

We walked in and were instantly greeted by a lovely store colleague who done her upmost to make sure we could find what we were after, she had excellent knowledge of products and after scanning our bodies we went through an extensive journey to find the best mattress and pillow, during this time we felt really relaxed, we were not rushed at all and were even offered a drink serval times whilst we were trying to decide, any questions we had were answered with ease and with a friendly smile, the store we visited was 50 miles away from where we lived but I'd definitely go back just for the customer service alone.

Josephine was very smart, polite and articulate. She was a pleasure to deal with and this has been one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing from a store. She was very knowledgable, helpful and explained everything fully.
