Jane was friendly and was really knowledgable about mattresses! She was polite and not pushy! Offered us a drink gave us space to decide and laughed with us!

Upon walking into the store we could already tell it was a much more welcoming environment than previous bed shops we had been in previously that day. It was a place we thought we would be approached in timely manner, with friendly, helpful staff who were knowledgeable. This is exactly what happened when we walked into this shop. There was no pressure put on us, and we actually never intended on making a purchase that day and we’re originally planning to go away and think and shop around a little more, however due to the service, and allowing us to spend quite a long time deliberating (whilst lying on our possible purchase), we decided we were happy to buy there and then. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant service, quick delivery and the comfiest bed we could ever wish to find!

Really helpful staff member , took us through the sleep simulator and narrowed our choices rapidly. Gave us guidance but also left us to make selections. We felt relaxed and guided well.
