We were served by a lady called Jane, her service was excellent, probably the best sales experience I have had for a very long time, her product knowledge was exceptional, she was professional and personable at all times.

Overall we were highly satisfies with our experience at this Dreams

We were allowed time to view the items ourselves and when approached every assistance was given without any sales pressure. all options were discussed and a good number of mattresses tried and explained to us, even a coffee given during the discussion Once we saw and tried what we wanted again time alone was given to discuss privately our decision. On returning to the store the same salesman came to us and after telling him our decision he again detailed all of the options available to us. Cannot fault the process of our purchase.

The sales person was so friendly and so informative and made purchasing our new mattress a complete breeze. Josephine was brilliant and a credit to Dreams

From the moment we walked into the Plympton store, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Jane. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on the beds that we were looking at. Highly recommended

WE. were highly satisfied with our visit the Manager Rob was excellent we had a cup of tea which was nice the staff were friendly as well and the delivery was only a couple of weeks to wait which we did not mind either The product we bought Gree Arinic Pillow sleep match I think that is right

Very warm welcome. Excellent customer relationship with representative. Nothing was too much trouble to explain.

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects with respect to our requirements. We were very impressed with the sleep machine where it measured the type of mattress we need for a good nights sleep. Paul was also friendly and did not push himself on us to force a sale through and also got us to try a range of different mattresses before we made our choice and was very helpful with explaining how the 40 day trial works. Highly recommend.
