The assistant Paula, was very patient,accommodating, informative and not at all pushy (or my husband would have walked straight out) , she showed us many beds and mattresses ,explained the difference on each , and let us make up our own minds , would definitely seek her out if we need anything else

My self and my partner were served by Josephine and I was very impressed with her customer service, she was like a breath of fresh air as I didn’t know what type of mattress was suitable for my needs, she recommended we use the sleep match machine which I thought was great! She helped us pick out the perfect mattress for us, I’m normally clueless and buy rubbish, she made plenty of time for us and was very patient. She made us both a hot drink while she completed our order. I would definitely recommend dreams for friends and family. I must say i think Josephine’s manner and help was 10/10, thankyou

Jane was helpful throughout our visit. She explained all available to our needs and was very understanding.

Rob didn't rush us at all even when we felt satisfied with the first bed that we tried he still spent the time to take us around the shop and show us more which benefitted us a lot more. His knowledge of the beds was amazing, he was very friendly we didn't feel like he was just trying to sell us products he was very honest about what was on offer and with what we could afford. He made sure we were very happy with our purchase more than once rather than trying to rush the sale. We genuinely had a laugh and good fun getting to know Rob which made buying a bed very satisfying.

The store was clean and well lit. The staff (Jane) were present but not pushy or intimidating. We were well looked after and had all our questions answered with high knowledge and experience. It was just an overall enjoyable experience. You get some places where the staff jump on you as soon as you enter. Jane made herself present and just explained that if we had an questions just to give her a shout, we were then left to be able to go around the store trying various beds until we asked for assistance. Perfect customer assistance in my eyes.

We were greeted by Jane immediately upon entering the store with a happy smile. We were made to feel very welcome and she straight away assessed our needs using the intelligent bed. Her product knowledge was excellence and we were informed to exactly the benefits of various mattresses and in particular the one we chose.
