Laura was extremely helpful and listened to our needs. She showed us the products available based on the the sleep match analysis but also listened to our thoughts and found the most suitable product for us. She was patient and took her time to explain at length about each product. We know she was a new member of staff, but only because she shared that with us whilst completing our order. If she hadn’t done this, we would have thought she was an experience member of the team - great shopping experience for us.

Jane was super friendly and helpful today, she greeted us as we came in and gave us a few minutes to browse before asking if we would like any help. She explained the process or buying and delivery thoroughly which was excellent as we had no clue. Jane proceeded to show us the slat upgrade we could get and explained the benefits. She also took us over to the mattress machine which explained what mattress would be best for us and she then showed us the ones it had said meaning we could pick out the perfect mattress. While ordering she offered us drinks and was so friendly and talkative. Jane really made this a pleasant and exciting experience for us as she knew we were buying the bed for our first time. We would 100% go back and use her service again. We could not fault her in any way at all. Jane really is an asset to your team.

We were greeted by welcoming,friendly staff,who were knowledgeable and helpful.Jane looked after us well. We liked the "Magic Bed" which calculated our needs,a very clever idea. Also Jane gave us a pillow each,which we later purchased,they are proving to be so comfortable. Over a cup of welcome coffee,we discussed everything thoroughly,before placing our order.A very pleasant and satisfying experience!
