As soon as we walk in we were greeted by a very friendly female, she understood what we wanted, talked us through it and gave us time to talk in private she even entertain our child while we discussed our options. She wasn't pushy and our purchase was all done with in 30mins. Fantastic service.

Extremely helpful sale assistant she was called Josephine and she made us feel very relaxed and was not pushy at all. Her knowledge was second to none and helped us chose the perfect mattress.

Jane the sales assistant in store went out of her way to explain all options in clear detail and with no pressure. In fact we had spoken with Jane during a previous visit several weeks earlier at which time she had also set out a variety of options for us to think about. Excellent service and very much appreciated.
