Jane are Sales assistant was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She recommended a lot of beds for us to try and was not at all pushy. She was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with and the made whole process easy. She gave us time try out the beds and had lots of patience. I would highly recommend Jane and the team to anyone who needed a new bed.

From the minute we walked in to leaving we were well looked after by Josephine, she was friendly, vast knowledge on all products, helpful on any questions we had, and took our order quickly and precise.

Paul listened to our very specific requirements and gave us a range of mattress options to choose from. We were given plenty of time - alone - to try each mattress over a long time without any pressure whatsoever. This was a refreshing change from nearly every other retail experience and should be the model for every other retail outlet. Superb service if the most welcome type which will see us returning to Dreams in Plympton whoever we need to make any future bedding purchases. First Class!

Generally the process was pretty straightforward and easy to order the bed. Good to be somewhere where there was no paper documentation necessary.

Ease of parking,nice clean layout of store,we had our little dog with us and were made welcome by the staff.We were dealt with by Laura who was extremely helpful and had a lovely personality.
