The assistant Laura was more than helpful. Very friendly and knowledgable. Laura made me feel totally at ease and was very helpful with recommending alternatives as I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her to friends.

Paul was absolutely brilliant, he used the new machine to suggest mattresses to look at and which ones to look at next based on our feedback. He suggested various bedframes for our awkward room size as well so we were able to fit a kingsize in. Paul was super friendly and down to earth and knew exactly what he was doing.
