The assistant was both knowledgeable & friendly without being in any way pushy which we liked

After a short time of browsing I had to ask for assistance, I would prefer to of been approached but the service I received was overall to a high standard very helpful and was able to make purchase with ease and efficient

Went to Dreams as first port of call when needing a new bed as always been extremely happy with the service in the past. The staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

The customer service was second to none, could not do enough for us and was very patient as we tried several mattresses that Laura suggested after using the dream sleep technology. There was no hard sell at all we went in with a budget of £1000 and after the amazing help and advice we spent nearly 3 times that. We had our young children with us that they were very accommodating for with drinks and colouring options to entertain them. We were so very impressed with the service we will be back very soon to replace both our daughters beds. A truly great experience thank you.
