Paul the assistant was amazing he knew what he was talking about and was very clear in talking about what we needed. We used the sensory bed find out what mattress was suitable for us both and again Paul was so helpful. We are looking forward to receiving our mattress and will definitely recommend dreams especially Paul at the Plymouth store.

Both gentlemen in the store gave us their undivided attention. We were treated to a cup of tea or coffee and put under no pressure to decide..in fact the whole experience was a pleasure. They were very knowledgeable and went to a lot of trouble to satisfy our needs and help our disabled daughter find the perfect bed and mattress.

Both assistants were more than helpful. Considering my partner and I had absolutely no idea on what mattress we wanted, we came out very confident with the one we decided to purchase. This is down to Laura offering us the help of the mattress match and talking us through every mattress that was suggested from it. We walked into the shop knowing what bed we wanted, we just needed some more information, which Laura was able to provide for us and even gave us quotes for our purchase. Our visit was made 100 times easier due to the time and commitment Laura gave us. Jane then dealt with the purchasing of the products the next day when I came in without my partner to buy it. Again, she was very helpful and explained everything in detail so that I understood the ins and outs of all the terms and conditions and was able to answer any questions I had. Cannot recommend the Dreams in Plympton enough, both Jane and Laura were very helpful and patient, and both me and my partner are very grateful.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived in the store by Laura. She was extremely kind and helpful and offered us drinks and the use of the sleep match, which helped us to decide our mattress. My partner and I walked into Dreams with an idea of bed frame but no idea on a mattress so we found this very useful! As we were trying the mattresses that the sleep match suggested, Laura gave us pillows and talked us through each mattress type. She was very patient as we were going back and forth from mattress to mattress. She showed and told us everything there was to know about the TV bed we came in for and explained every financial option there was and every deal they had and was able to answer all of our questions. Laura also created and printed a dummy order so we had an idea of the cost so we could discuss it before we bought. Laura was just fantastic from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I came in the next day to make the purchase, where I had the pleasure of Jane. Again, Jane was very helpful and explained all the ins and outs so that I understood. She was able to answer all of my last minute questions and made the purchase very quick and easy and also very pleasant.

Jane was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions , with confidence. Very pleasant manner , not too pushy , but a very skilled sales person , lots of product knowledge

We were really impressed with the calibre of service. The gentleman who dealt with us was really helpful, thorough and well informed and was also very warm and friendly. We have yet to receive our mattress but so far we have only the highest praise for your store and the service

We were met by someone who worked there straight away and spoke in detail about the product we wanted to buy so we had all information on it. Then I was offered delivery within 3 days for free! The gentleman who served me was brilliant and he didn't usually work in that store! Then on the day of delivery the contact made was fantastic and it was delivered at the right time and the delivery man was very friendly and professional. I could not be happier with my experience with Dreams!

Paula who was our assistant at the Plympton branch was more than helpful. She was a great help and was very efficient in finding us the right mattress. Very friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
