As we didn't really know what we wanted we thought it may be confusing with all the products you offer, but the sales assistant was amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable, polite and funny.

Jane was extremely helpful & offered good advice without being pushy. She allowed us plenty of time to try out different mattresses & had good knowledge of the item we were purchasing. Very friendly and informative assistant.

We visited the store on two occasions . The second time resulted in us purchasing a mattress . We were assessed for the correct firmness. Your salesman Paul? Dealt with us in a very professional manner . We now await delivery which is arranged for the 20th of December . We are looking forward to a future of comfort It is really helpful that we were able to arrange the collection of our old mattress .
