The customer care service by the staff was excellent at the store. The colleague in the store, Josie was amazingly fantastic and supportive. I would recommend this store to anyone and I am so happy with the service I received.

We were helped by Jane who took her time to explain about the various options and the price ranges and what it all meant and she didn’t push us into a sale, she gave us plenty of time to try various products before we made our decision.

Our assistant was 1st class. Very polite and understanding. She gave us 100% attention. Her colleague was very nice aswell.

We spoke to Paul from the plympton branch who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was great to have the choice of a new mattress made so much easier. We came away very happy knowing we had made the right choice.
