Very friendly welcome from the store attendant Jane. Who listened to our needs and then let us try the sleep match bed which confirmed our initial thoughts of a medium mattress. We were then shown the recommended mattresses and given pillows and time to test them out. We decided and we’re offered a drink and completed the purchase. It was an easy process from start to finish and the delivery system was easy to understand with text and email confirmations upon ordering. Highly recommended.
