Following a recommendation from family we visited the store specifically looking for a new Tempur mattress. The store manager, Rob greeted us and took us to the Tempur range and explained the options available. He encouraged us to properly try each option, with a selection of pillows - there was no feeling of being rushed. He explained that as the store was busy, he would get a colleague (Jane) to assist rather than leave us unattended. We were offered refreshments while we continued to review the options. We were also shown other mattress options to make sure we had all the information. We also looked at various bed frames/divans and ended up purchasing not just a new mattress but also a bed frame too! Delivery was on a date that suited us rather than just what was offered - perfect as we work NHS shift patterns. We were given details of additional cover/insurance etc. and finance options. We really can not fault the service or the staff any would recommend them to anyone

Friendly attentive staff and a quick sale with a quick delivery date

Jane was most helpful, very friendly, offered us a hot drink, talked us through the machine that was able to help us find a suitable mattress, then took us around the store testing out different mattress based on the test until we found the one we wanted, then helped us find our ottoman base to suit our needs.
