Great price and especially after the Xmas break

Being disabled i found what i wanted on one level and the staff very good.all in all a good experience.

Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept his cool when store was very busy.

At the time of purchase the store was full with no available service desks. Your member of staff offered to phone us later at home which we accepted. He took our details, phoned back within a couple of hours and our order was easily placed. Excellent sevice !

We dealt with Jane who was fantastic from the moment we entered the store. Dreams was the third bed store we visited that day and we had every intention of buying a bed and mattress that day but we’re looking for the best price and service. Jane hands down was the best sales person we dealt with. She allowed us the time to think, provided drinks and had a lot of patience which we needed as we were spending a lot of money. She also went through every bed, the testing machine and all the options we had to a fine degree. We were that impressed when we decided we sat and waited for Jane while she was serving someone else as we didn’t want anyone else to have the sale. I will and have already be recommending Jane and dreams to friends and family who are all currently looking for beds and mattresses.

Shopping is not high on my list of enjoyable activities. Mattress shopping probably up there. However, a trip to your store in Plymouth was made enjoyable. I even purchased a mattress. Knowledgable and friendly staff helped us choose what was right for us and at no time felt pressured into buying anything. Paul, who dealt with us was fantastic. Can't believe I'm saying that I enjoyed the experience of shopping for a mattress. Thank you.
