The customer service was fantastic. As soon as we entered the shop a member of staff asked us what we were looking for. We used the sleep match technology to find the mattress that suited us best, especially as one of us suffers with back pain. The members of staff really helped us to find a mattress that suited our budget and needs. So much so that we tried a mattress in the store room which was what we decided to purchase. We were very satisfied.
