Nothing was to much trouble for our salesman Paul. All members of staff we came into contact with were also very helpful.

purchase price was very good, bought during the sale, sales people were very good and most helpful

Staff member was available and helpful but not overbearing. Left us to look around once shown items we were interested in. All staff friendly and approachable. The item we bought was good value and delivery within the month was free.

The staff where very helpful and helped us narrow down the huge range of very different mattresses to suit our needs.

Laura, who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble, she was genuinely interested in us and finding the best solution for our needs. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding, a credit to Dreams. I will definitely be returning to buy my daughters bed when we move house.
