We were greeted at the door by Emma, who allowed us to look around first and then suggested we try the sleepmatch. We then tried the mattresses and was also given a cup of tea, which was lovely. Emma was really friendly and informative which helped greatly. We chose our mattress and also new pillows specific to any problems we had. Really enjoyable experience.

I knew exactly what brand I wanted but not completely sure which product I wanted. The Assistant gave me some very good feedback to enable me to make my final decision.
