Our advisor Paul was fantastic. He was friendly and professional. He had an in-depth knowledge of the products. He offered us and our children drinks and provided colouring for our boys. He also checked on them whilst we were using the machine that tests firmness of mattress required. We couldn’t ask for more.

Emma was very helpful as soon as I walked in store, help me find what mattress would suit my needs best, after asking the problems or reasons I needed a new mattress. Transaction was very quick and easy.

Careful attention to detail when selling us a bed and pillow. Following this we were given the opportunity to purchase a mattress cover, which once again a lot of detail was given to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Everything was explained very carefully.
