Jane was super. Not too pushy like a lot of sales people. She had plenty of knowledge and didn't rush us at all. Would definitely recommend Jane to anyone visiting dreams. She was very professional, just the right amount of friendliness, didn't follow us around like a limpet like a lot of sales people do (which is veryoff putting), there was no pressure to buy. excellent service. Great service and products

Very satisfied with staff and store

I have two young children and bed shopping is hard as all they want to do is play on the beds. Dream staff made it easy for us and before the kids got chance. Paul got the kids to run down towards a bed and jump onto it. For a 3 and 5 year old this was great. He made it easy for us to shop and give him the attention he needed and gave us the best possible visit. This is why even though the bed was a little more expensive at dreams I still bought it due to the customer experience.

From start to finish the service we received from Laura and Jane was very good. Not pushy but gave sound advice suited to our needs. There was a lot of choice ,but time was taken to explain the ins and outs of each product. Our family recommended Dreams to us and we have already recommended to friends,as from the initial contact to completion of order it was friendly ,efficient - a faultless retail experience.WELL DONE.
