Sales person was very helpful, polite, great advise and knowledgable

Emma was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me time and space to try all the products I was interested. I felt well looked after and not pressurised to make a purchase.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We weren't rushed while looking around and trying different beds and matresses. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision or to buy.

We were made to feel welcome on arrival and were shown a selection of products before using the machine to test which mattress suited us best which was a good idea and saved time trying a lot of different mattresses for firmness,the sales person was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products on offer,would go back again.

Very helpful staff. We explained what we required, and he showed us the mattresses which would suit our needs. After choosing mattress he then suggested a base and headboard.

The staff were welcoming and helpful in every manner and dealt with and helped us to pick the best product that suited are requirements, we had certain restrictions and they were at hand to guide us in the right direction.

The sail's assistance was very good and noligabul the product was just what we where looking for and we had a lovely cup of hot chocolate.
