In store Paul helped us find our perfect mattress and was very helpful. He went the extra mile and kept kids entertained and happy whilst also making sure we had everything we needed and found the mattress right for us. Paul was very knowledgeable and instantly made us feel welcome and happy.

We had a very friendly sales assistant who wasn't too pushy but very helpful at the same time, we went and had a look at another furniture outlet before deciding to come back and purchase the bed (very similar to another one we saw elsewhere) we had seen at Dreams because we liked the sales assistant at Dreams
