Staff was very helpful, Great level of protection within the shop to do with COVID. After hearing I was Militray offered us 20% discount without us asking if we get military discount. Was not rushed into buying anything and was given different price mattresses to choose from. Explain the different in weekend to week delivery and was never pushy to get a sell.

Jane who served me was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived in the store. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses we looked at and helpful with her advice on the types of mattresses available. Jane was also very quick in processing our order. we were treated very well by Lauren who knew about beds her knowledge and interested too our needs. very pleased with the service and kindness she is a credit to the store. we would recommend the store to family and friends. we visit another store Benson's who were very rude and were not untested in our needs were shown 2 beds and then the agent walked of so returned to Dreams and brought a bed from you and a topper and extra insurance as were it was a perfect offer on our budget. so over all totally satisfied for what we brought and the cservice. very polite young lady were even offered a drink. more than we can about Benson's. would love to win the the £500.00 to spend on the grandchildren.
