The staff at the Southport store were amazing as soon as we walked in they offered assistance that was greatly appreciated. They made you feel very safe and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and if needed will return

Glenn assisted us in the Southport shop. He was very helpful and informative. He was very friendly and looked after us excellently. He explained everything fully. He greeted us as we walked in, thanked us for wearing a mask and using the sanitizer. He was wearing a mask and sanitized his hands on many occasions. He talked us through the sleep match machine and looked after us whilst keeping to a social distance. Thank you Glenn for making our visit a pleasant experience.

The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and made the overall experience go well..we changed our mind on the mattress after the lady advised us.

Glenn was very informative on Sunday he talks us thru everything and while we came in with a considerably lower budget your dream machine and Glenn’s expertise and helpfulness pushed us into a much larger purchase. Looking forward to a good nights sleep even if it is a long wait for delivery

The salesman Andy at the Southport store was very helpful and informative. He answered all our questions, gave us time and space to make our final choice and offered us a bottle of water. We did not feel rushed or pressured. We felt safe with the store's Covid safety measures in place, which were adhered too throughout our visit to the store.
