Very informative and took a lot of time to explain our options-Chris Southport Branch

The experience in store was really great because of the attention and knowledge of the store assistant Glenn. He was very helpful without being overbearing, with a good knowledge of all the products. We never felt rushed into making our choices. We were provided with pillows( correctly sanitised ) so we could test various mattresses. A real positive experience .

Both colleagues were extremely helpful knowledgeable and very polite. Made shopping for a bed very enjoyable and easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

Chris was very knowledgable of the products. He was polite and attentive at all times. We were offered a drink several times during our visit whilst trying out the beds and filling in our order. We were advised to lie on the ‘Dreams mechanical bed’ (forget it’s proper name) to assess what type of bed suited us, which we did so this saved a lot of time being wasted on trying out beds which were not suitable for us.

We were greeted immediately when we arrived at the shop and advised of the process they would recommend when buying a new mattress and bed. We were offered drinks and during the whole time Glenn was very attentive and courteous.

Great service

I was greeted when I entered to store and asked if I needed any help. I said I was looking for a new bed for a guest bedroom. Glenn asked about likes / dislikes and showed me different options, he even provided a pillow to try on the different beds / mattresses. Was offered a hot or cold drink whilst I looked at my different options. Glenn explained costs and about the extra 10% discount. Purchase process was quick and costs / everything explained to me again
