It seems the way the "computer " assessed which mattresses were suitable for me were very time saving ,instead of having to lie down on many different beds.

I was very satisfied by the speed of delivery around Christmas and they solved any issues I had quickly and efficiently

Shop assistant showed us exactly what we wanted straight away and the manager made us coffee .

On entering the store I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who proved to be most helpful, knowledgable and professional in assisting me in choosing a mattress. His name is James.

The sales people were obvously very knowledgeable and were able to explain the technical aspects of the products in plain English. They were not 'pushy' yet were always available when we had a question (and offered us refreshments). Despite our purchase being quite modest in price they made us feel like valued customers and were very efficient in concluding the sale and arranging for me to collect the item.

Lady was extremely helpful. Asked us if we knew what we were looking for...thankfully we didn't have a clue.... she explained the machine that measured how you lay...it was brilliant. We then got to test all the mattresses that suited the results...she helped understand how to choose a mattress based on both needs. Left the store very happy with 2 new pillows in tow....can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered.
