I was very satisfied as my neighbour recommended how they both walked with a walking stick and thk s so much to emma the assistant she chose the perfect bed for my neighbor's. So because they were satisfied and myself also with serious back issue I also purchased a bed at dreams Emma in the Plymouth store was extremely helpful and very patient. Also very experienced at giving advice So therefore I thk tht just proves customer satisfaction.

Your staff were very helpful and very pleasent knew the products and followed goverment covid guidlines. The prices were very competitive.

Hand sanitize handy as we entered store which was nice. Nice welcoming staff and offer of a drink . Paul showed us the different storage bed colour's and headboards. Nice selection of beds colours available too. Must say Paul and Emma very nice . So overall a well satisfied visit.

Paul was absolutely fantastic. He greeted us as we entered, I explained I was wanting to see if I would prefer a medium or firm mattress. He took me to the Sleepmatch machine and talked me through what would happen. He was really nice and did not push me to make any decisions. After the sleepmatch he took me through several beds, all the while caring about my genuine needs and not how much money he’d be taking from me.

Greeted straight away by Donna and asked if she could be of assistance, as we did not know what kind of mattress we needed she advised we could go in the sleep station which we did and she advised what mattresses it said would be best for us. We were shown them all, we went away to discuss what we thought we needed and went back a few hours later and purchased to be mattress we thought would be best for us Donna also advised of the 30 day exchange if we had not choosen the correct mattress.

We visited twice. Once to just look around and 2 days later we returned to buy a bed and mattress. The girl who served us was friendly, helpful and patient and printed out a quote for us for the bed and mattress we ended up buying. On our return to the store she answered some questions and helped us through the process of making a purchase.
