Your customer service representative at the Plymouth store was highly attentive to my needs and knowledgeable on the type of products that would satisfy my requirements. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and made the experience so much more satisfying than trying to guess what would work from a website. She is a credit to your workforce and greatly influenced my decision to purchase on that day rather than reflect on the decision

Competent and friendly staff. No hard sell. Completely at ease whilst looking at products. Not rushed. A bit of fun using the configured bed at suggested 'best fit' for us although not entirely sure it was to be taken too seriously! 😀

Our assistant was really helpful an knew his stuff. Made the whole experience go from feeling daunting and unsure of what we wanted or needed to totally chilled an happy with our eventual decision

Staff were very good

The staff in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales assistant was very professional and efficient. She made us feel comfortable and offered us a drink each.

Great customer service and very knowledge

We used the Dreams test to assess what kind of mattress we needed, and the assistant was show us several beds she thought would be suitable. From these, we made our choice (after trying to actual mattress) and placed the order. Was particularly impressed that we could reselect if within 4-6 weeks we were not happy - bearing in mind we are trying to resolve ongoing back pain issues. The “icing on the cake” was that the current Sale meant that the required mattress was reduced by 50% !!

At first, the layout of the store was a little confusing as there was lots of merchandise in the store and we had never been in before. We had a quick look around but the store manager came up and was really friendly and asked both of us how we sleep and what’s best for each and showed us around several beds. We were only looking for a mattress but we decided to go for a bigger mattress and bed frame also. He was very professional and spent time with us.

The salesman was brilliant with fantastic knowledge of what he is selling. Very helpful and great customer service. Highly recommended.
