I found Paul the Sales assistant made me feel comfortable, he was very professional and friendly and had very good customer skills and knowledge of products.

We spent days looking for our item and tried Dreams on the off chance that we would find what we were looking for. We did! The right style, size and available in the colour we wanted. I was expecting to wait for a few weeks for delivery but no... less than a week! Great staff member. Very knowledgeable and professional. Polite and super friendly. Excellent service

So as my family walked in to the dreams shop we were greated right away by Paul who was working at the time and he was super friendly and helped us out with our dream mattress which best suits me and my girlfriend, he had all the correct ppe, all the answers to all our questions and his knowledge is impeccable I can’t express how glad we are that we had the help we did to find the perfect mattress

We were greeted by Paul, and offered and accepted a bottle of chilled water (it was a very hot day). Full PPE was worn at all times. We did the sleep match test, we were shown the suitable mattresses. Given plenty of time to decide and ask questions. We decided on our purchase and were given free pillows, mattress protector. Also we purchased the 8 year insurance and old mattress disposal, we were given a bag to put our old mattress in. Wide choice of delivery dates. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Very approachable staff who knew a lot about the products. Clear health and safety measures in place and adhered to. Loved the bottle of water when ordering!

As a disabled person the sales adviser serving myself and my wife took the time to help make sure my needs and comfort in a bed were met, nothing was too much trouble.
